I specifically told them when I ordered the samples and they called to confirm my order that it better not be a subscription based product. I argued with the woman on the phone that I did not want the sample if it was subscription based.

I emailed them to confirm they would not be charging me anything else beyond the samples. They said no they were only charging me for the samples. I received my statement today and they have charged me almost $300 for products I did not receive and specifically said I did not want.

They need to be prosecuted for fraud
